"Nordstrand" is an isle in Germany laid at abut on Denmark state.
In island this is DR. I. L. Nommensen birth place
Discovery of Nommensen with Batak society is discovery of West and East, reminding us at Rudyard Kipling rhyme :

"Ballad Of East and West"
Oh, East is East, and West is West,

but nomensen prove that west and east can coalesce if there is Love
